We work with fellow modular developers and manufacturers, housing authorities, impact investors, policymakers, and philanthropic leaders to scale what works and share what’s learned. Our goal is to build affordability that lasts — and a modular housing ecosystem that gets smarter and more equitable with every project.

Replication of Design and Process Increases Cost Savings

We designed our prototype with modular construction in mind. We believe the repetition of design and process produces savings. We intend to pass through the savings to deepen the levels of affordability while supplying housing quickly.
